EULA - End User License Agreement

Effective Date: 1 November 2025

Application: Moveo - Charge (“App”)

Company: Moveo (“Moveo”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

Platform: iOS and Android

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Moveo regarding your use of the Moveo mobile application, its features, content, and services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

Moveo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on a personal mobile device

• Use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use

• Access and manage charging sessions, payments, and your account

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Circumvent any security or authentication features of the App

• Interfere with servers, networks, or connected infrastructure

• Use automated scripts to interact with the App

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The App and all associated intellectual property (e.g., software code, design, branding, content) are owned or licensed by Moveo. The license granted to you does not convey any ownership rights.

All trademarks and logos are the property of Moveo or its licensors.

4. Updates & Modifications

Moveo may provide updates, bug fixes, patches, or new features. These may:

• Be installed automatically or require manual update

• Modify or remove features temporarily or permanently

You agree to keep your app version up-to-date to ensure service compatibility.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:

• What personal data we collect

• How we use and protect it

• Your rights and choices

By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access without notice if:

• You violate this Agreement

• Your account is suspended or closed

• The App is discontinued

You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App from your device.

Upon termination, all license rights automatically end and you must stop using the App.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. Moveo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Continuous or error-free performance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, charging availability, or compatibility with all devices or OS versions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moveo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, business, or opportunity

• Any failure or delay due to technical issues, outages, or external services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. App Store Terms

This EULA is between you and Moveo, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. However, both Apple and Google, as platform providers, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it. You agree to also comply with the respective platform’s terms of service:

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi for any disputes.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moveo regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
